Morgan Payments combines treasury services, trade and working capital, and card and merchant services capabilities to help clients pay customers or employees, in different currencies, around the world. They process more than US$10trn in payments daily, operating in over 160 countries and over 120 currencies.
Lori manages a global team of over 1,200 in over 50 cities around the world responsible for Receivables, Accounts, Liquidity, Cross Currency, Payments and Commercial Card. This team makes up a significant part of the Payments business which pulled in over $18 billion in 2024, overall.

Under her leadership, J.P. Morgan Payments rose from fourth to first in the global market for USD cash management – as ranked by the Euromoney Cash Management Financial Institutions Survey – and was placed No. 1 overall for the Payments & Treasury Management category in Coalition Greenwich’s Digital Transformation Benchmarking Study 2024 for the second year in a row.

In H124, the bank’s Coalition Greenwich Competitor Analytics Heritage Corporate & Investment Bank deposits index market share for liquidity and account solutions was 17.3% and Lori also elevated J.P. Morgan Payments’ position in centralised treasury management, securing the No. 1 spot in Crisil Coalition Greenwich rankings for EMEA.
She has driven innovation by forming J.P. Morgan Payments’ first digital and design team. Her integration of technology and client-centric solutions has enhanced operational efficiencies and client satisfaction, establishing her as a role model in the treasury and payments industry.
Lori emphasises collaboration among treasurers, technology teams and other departments to streamline operations and create strategic value.
