Our Women in Treasury Within Awards are expanding in 2024 with a new award category to run alongside our Woman of the Year – Champion of Change – open to all genders. This award will showcase exceptional talent dedicated to change and progress within senior finance functions and/or corporate treasury. Nominations are currently open and close on 8th March (International Women’s Day) and we will recognise winners in The Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific!
Our Women in Treasury platform was established to pioneer women in our industry and create a community where we share our experiences and encourage each other’s professional development. Last year to celebrate the ten-year anniversary of Women in Treasury, we moved our coveted Woman of the Year award to sit within the platform, separate to our Adam Smith Awards programme. This, alongside our new Champion of Change category, allows us to further celebrate the exceptional talent shown by individuals in corporate treasury across the globe, with separate winners for The Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
New Champion of Change Award
As part of our expanding Women in Treasury initiative, we are kicking off 2024 by opening nominations for our Within Awards, including a new award category – Champion of Change. New for this year, our Champion of Change award sits alongside our Woman of the Year award and is for individuals, located anywhere in the world, who demonstrate a real commitment to driving change, pushing forward equity and inclusion, challenging the status quo and changing organisations from within. This category is open to all genders in corporate treasury or senior finance functions. We are excited to hear more about the work being done by individuals to change their organisation for the better, and what barriers have been broken down to facilitate better diversity, equity and inclusion.
Woman of the Year Award
The Woman of the Year Award is open to any female corporate leader who demonstrates exceptional achievement in the workplace and phenomenal leadership within her organisation. Someone who is an active champion of gender equity and who inspires others to achieve.

Nominations close on 8th March (International Women’s Day) and winners will be revealed at our special live announcement on 11th April 2024 at 12:00 BST | 13:00 CEST | 19:00 SGT | 07:00 EDT. Register now to hear first-hand who this year’s winners are.
All winners and their partners will be celebrated at the relevant Women in Treasury Forums: Singapore 11th July | London 9th September | New York 10th October.
