Our Women in Treasury & Finance The Americas Forum marks the final stop in our 2026 global series. This highly anticipated event brings together industry professionals to explore key topics, with a strong focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
As part of our global Women in Treasury & Finance initiative, this forum creates a space for professionals to share their experiences, challenges and successes, learning from one another. It also offers a valuable opportunity to foster connections, exchange insights and drive progress towards gender equity in corporate finance.
A key moment of the afternoon will be a dynamic panel discussion featuring senior leaders from some of the region’s top corporations across the region. Drawing on key themes in our Global Equity Study, the discussion will provide valuable perspectives on the progress and challenges in achieving greater equity in the industry. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with the panel, asking questions and seeking guidance on the issues most relevant to them.
We will also honour and celebrate our regional Women in Treasury & Finance Award winners in attendance.

She also serves as Vice President and Treasurer at Sony Corporation of America (SCA) providing treasury and investment management for SCA and its subsidiaries. Before joining SCA in 2001, she worked at Pitney Bowes Inc. in treasury operations managing equity, debt, cash and foreign exchange exposures. Quartarolo holds an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University and a BS in Finance from Fordham University. Sony Corporation of America is the US headquarters of Sony Group Corporation, overseeing major US Sony businesses and delivering extensive entertainment experiences worldwide.

As the Head of Innovation Economy Payments Sales Executive at J.P. Previously, she spent 23 years at Wells Fargo in treasury services across oil and gas, asset-based lending, international banking, and TMT. Based in Denver, she enjoys running and travelling with her husband, Nate, and has two sons.

Karen Hom leads Standard Chartered’s Transaction Banking Cash Management team, serving multinational corporate and financial institution clients. She focuses on delivering global cash management and liquidity solutions for US-based clients worldwide. With more than 25 years of international banking experience, Karen has held leadership, relationship management and risk roles across Asia, Latin America and the United States. She joined Standard Chartered in 2009 from American Express Bank. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Sophie Jackson has 17 years’ experience in publishing. She began her career in a role in cultural publishing at the Dazed Group in London before moving to Tokyo in late 2010 to work as a freelance editor and consultant. Sophie headed up the launch of Treasury Today Asia in 2012 whilst based in Japan and then Hong Kong. Sophie is a driving force behind our global Women in Treasury initiative and a passionate proponent of diversity and inclusion. She is a UCL graduate who studied in Paris and London and is based in Europe.
