Treasury Today Group’s Women in Treasury & Finance Awards celebrate exceptional talent and dedicated individuals changing their corporations from within. This vibrant global platform focuses on championing diversity, equity and inclusion. Creating a community for treasury and finance professionals to communicate with one another, learn from each other and network in order to help each other.

There are three exciting award categories this year: Woman of the Year, Champion of Change and Leading Light. We welcome nominations from EMEA, APAC and The Americas.
Woman of the Year
Corporate only
This category is open to any senior woman operating in the corporate treasury environment who can demonstrate real innovation, achievement and someone who is an inspiration in her current role. Do you know someone in treasury who is a role model to other women? Someone who has overcome real adversity? Who may have had a career changing experience? Who has helped others? What have you/they achieved? Why do you/they stand out? Who is committed to improving gender representation in their industry and organisation. You might be our Woman of the Year, or you might want to nominate someone else. You can attach or submit by email any material to support your nomination.
Champion of Change
Corporate only
This category recognises individuals of all genders who demonstrate a real commitment to challenging the status quo and changing their organisations from within. Focused on making their workplaces more equitable and inclusive with diverse talent being fostered and the power of multiple perspectives being harnessed. You must be able to show innovation, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, decision-making and tenacity, and demonstrable achievement in how you have personally changed your organisation and its culture for the better. Identify the previous state and current or future state with benefits both quantitative as well as qualitative. What have you done to break down barriers to facilitate better diversity, equity and inclusion, and decision making within your organisation? Tell us your story and share your journey of change.
Leading Light
Open to individuals working within the industry servicing corporates
This category celebrates individuals who shine as a beacon of inspiration, playing a pivotal role in progressing equity and inclusion and to supporting the entire financial ecosystem in its journey towards better DEI goals. Open to all genders who work within the industry servicing the corporate community, the award honours those whose vision, dedication and efforts have left a lasting impact, motivating and empowering others to follow their lead. Whether through personal courage, innovative thinking or unwavering commitment to a cause, these individuals embody the essence of leadership and serve as shining examples of what’s possible. Nominations are welcome from the nominees themselves or from others who wish to highlight the transformative impact of these exceptional leaders.
