Treasury Today Group’s Women in Treasury & Finance initiative continues to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change across the global treasury and finance community. At the heart of this mission sits the Global Equity Study, which has been informing and advancing equity in corporate finance for over a decade.
In that time, the study has consistently been first to explore gender parity, uncover the roadblocks to female representation and celebrate female success across the world.
In 2026 one of our main aims is to bring more male allies and advocates on board. By exploring male perspectives, challenges and experiences alongside those of our female and non-binary community we arrive at a full understanding of the state of equity today.
