Debra Todd

VP Global Treasury Services: BP

Debra Todd has been with BP for 29 years. In her current role as Vice President (VP), Global Treasury Services, Debra is responsible for the central transaction processes, including the systems, cash forecasting and credit. She has also held other roles in Treasury within Banking Relations and Equity Operations. Outside of BP’s Treasury function, Debra has worked in Pensions and Finance for BP’s in-house trading activity and been Chief of Staff in Remediation Management in Chicago. Debra is a Chartered Accountant and is married with three children, who are nearly at the end of the education system.

Joanna Hawkes

Group Treasurer: Marks and Spencer

Jo Hawkes has been Group Treasurer of Marks and Spencer plc since December 2013, with responsibility for all corporate finance and global treasury activities. Prior to joining M&S plc she spent four years as Group Treasurer of Misys plc. Previously she spent over 20 years in treasury and general finance. She is independent chair of the trustees for the Misys defined benefit and defined contribution. She is also a non-executive member of the treasury committee at Southern Housing Corporation. She is a fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, a maths graduate and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Brenda Trenowden

Head of FIG Europe & Head of Banks & DF, Americas: ANZ

Brenda Trenowden has over 25 years’ experience of building international businesses and teams, and managing complex client relationships across the globe. She has lived and worked internationally for Citi, BNP Paribas, Lloyds Banking Group and BNY Mellon. A passionate advocate for women’s economic empowerment, she was recently appointed Global Chair of the 30% Club and is former President of the City Women Network. Brenda has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University in Canada and is a Trustee of Queen’s University’s Bader International Study Centre. A Canadian by birth, Brenda lives in the UK with her husband and her two children.

Jennifer Boussuge

Head of Global Transaction Services, EMEA: Bank of America Merrill Lynch

Jennifer Boussuge is responsible for developing and executing the integrated strategy for the regional treasury and custody business for EMEA. Previously she was head of Global Sales for GTS. She graduated from Mary Washington College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French. She conducted her graduate studies in French at the Sorbonne University in Paris, France and business administration studies at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She sits on the EMEA regional executive committee and the leadership committee for the bank’s Global Banking and Markets Women’s Leadership Council in EMEA.

Eleanor Hill

Eleanor Hill has worked in and written about the financial sector for over a decade. She holds the Investment Management Certificate and the SII Diploma in Regulation and Compliance. Her specialist subjects include supply chain finance, cash and payments, as well as CSR and sustainability. Having lived in Paris, Eleanor is fluent in French.
