Study now closed!
Treasury Today Group’s 2024 Global Sustainability Study aims to gauge the extent to which our corporate community are integrating sustainability into their business strategy.
This study is now closed for participants. Findings will be published in November.
Background
Treasury Today was the first treasury publication to survey sustainability trends amongst its readership with our inaugural Sustainability Study back in 2020. We mapped companies’ awareness and engagement with climate risk and wider sustainability themes under the umbrella of both environmental, social and governance (ESG) and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
State of play/awareness in 2024
Five years on, we expect this year’s findings to build upon previous research by diving deeper into the level of progress of companies in integrating climate risk, opportunity and wider sustainability into their corporate strategy.
This year’s study includes questions such as:
- Is sustainability reflected in your organisation’s core values?
- Is ESG/sustainability a Board-level issue?
- Have you committed to net zero emissions/carbon neutrality in your business?
- Do you have a green, social and/or sustainable finance framework?
- Has the finance team taken part in any ESG/sustainability training?
