Mark Troutman is Global Head, Corporate Sales for Standard Chartered Bank’s Transaction Banking business. Through a team of more than 300 sales managers and advisors in 32 markets, he leads the Bank’s origination and working capital solutioning efforts spanning complex cash management, and open account and documentary trade with clients in the large and mid-cap corporate segments, multi-nationals, and non-bank financial institutions
As part of Standard Chartered’s leadership across the working capital financing spectrum and in sustainable trade finance, his remit includes specialised teams for sustainable trade finance, commodities and structured trade. Through these, Mark and his team provide advice to companies navigating a range of transformation agendas, as well as providing broader customer advisory and solutioning assistance in the creation and delivery of working capital improvement and treasury projects across Asia.
Before joining Standard Chartered Bank, Mark was Group Head of Sales for DBS Bank’s Global Transaction Services business. Prior to DBS, he was Global Head of Corporate Sales at HSBC in London, after having held senior roles at J.P. Morgan and Bank of America in Australia, Singapore and the United States.
Mark graduated from Claremont McKenna College in California, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

She holds a Master of Administrative Science and is completing a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law. Nicola Bates is President & CEO of Siemens Capital Company and leads the Siemens Regional Treasury Center for the Americas. Her team manages cash, FX risk, trade finance, pensions and insurance – partnering with Siemens businesses to spark transformation and growth across the region. Over her 30-year journey with Siemens in Europe, Asia and the US, Nicola has championed fresh ideas and bold experiments to modernise treasury. Current initiatives include harnessing AI to solve the “last mile” in automation and exploring blockchain for real-world applications – all grounded in a mindset of ecosystem thinking that breaks silos and builds connections. In 2025, she was named Champion of Change for The Americas in the Within Awards and was a finalist for IMAGE Magazine’s International Businesswoman of the Year. Her team also won the 2025 TMI Best Emerging Technology Solution Award for innovation in treasury technology. Originally from Ireland, Nicola is passionate about inclusive leadership, practical impact and keeping work both purposeful and human.

Anjali Shah is the Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Sales and Relationship Management for the Americas region for BNY’s Treasury Services. Her team covers Financial Institutions covering North and Latin American Banks, Diversified Industries including Corporates, Insurance and Public Administration, Broker Dealer and Alternatives companies and Sales Partnerships. Anjali held a variety of senior leadership positions in corporate development, strategic partnership development, sales operations, and business development at such companies as PricewaterhouseCoopers, CompuCom and Hewlett Packard. She led Innovation Strategy at Wells Fargo. Anjali has a BS in Management Information Systems from the University at Albany and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Her more recent board service has included committee roles at LaunchCLT and Blumenthal Performing Arts. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Gayathri Vasudev

Gayathri Vasudev is the Global Head of Core Payment Rails at J.P. Morgan. Responsible for setting the strategy and developing differentiated solutions to address market needs, Gayathri is focused on defining and building product solutions and the go-to-market strategy leveraging JPM’s leadership in Global Clearing, Cross-Currency (FX), ACH and disbursements. She is also responsible for identifying and implementing business initiatives to maximize the P&L and managing overall risk to ensure business soundness. Gayathri has 20+ years of experience in financial services and technology, including almost 15+ years in a global career spanning roles in sales and product management in Payments and Treasury Services. She has been a featured speaker/panelist in many industry forums such as Women in Payments, SIBOS, regional client conferences and NACHA. She has also represented J.P Morgan on the U.S Renminbi working group, BAFT Global Payments Industry Council (“GPIC) and the Fed’s Wholesale Payments Advisory Group. Gayathri has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering (hons.) from BITS, Pilani.
