Vinita Nair is the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, Treasury and Insurance at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), a $7bn FMCG leader and one of India’s most admired companies. With over 14 years at HUL and prior experience at Deloitte, Vinita has led transformative initiatives across M&A, treasury strategy, ESG reporting and post-merger integration. She recently played a pivotal role in landing India’s largest FMCG deal in the D2C space, the acquisition of “Minimalist”, steering the transaction from strategy to execution. Her leadership was also instrumental in the successful integration of GSK Consumer Healthcare into HUL, driving revenue synergies, ERP transformation and business model redesign. Vinita has elevated HUL’s ESG reporting to global benchmarks, securing top-tier ratings across DJSI, MSCI and Sustainalytics. She has been recognised for her ability to navigate complexity with clarity and purpose and for building high-performing teams that deliver impact. Ms. Jing Zhang is the Executive Director, APAC Head of FIG Trade Sales at J.P. Morgan, where she supports Financial Institution clients across the Asia Pacific region. She began her career at J.P. Morgan in 2008, entering through the headquarters’ MBA summer internship programme, which was followed by the Management Associate Program. During her tenure, she completed rotations in relationship management, sales and product functions before relocating to J.P. Morgan Singapore in 2011. Prior to her current role, Jing worked in Trade Corporate Sales, focusing on large multinational corporations and major corporates in the Asia Pacific. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Jing was a Program Associate at the Points of Light Foundation in Washington, D.C. Jing serves as the President of the PENN & Wharton Club of Singapore. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MPA from Indiana University.
