We are excited to begin the 2025 Women in Treasury & Finance Forum global tour with our APAC Forum, taking place on Thursday 17th July at the Four Seasons Hotel in Singapore. This highly anticipated event provides a platform to explore key industry topics, with a strong focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
As part of our global Women in Treasury Within initiative, this forum brings together professionals from across the industry to share their experiences, challenges, successes and learn from one another. Offering a unique opportunity to build connections, exchange insights and support the advancement of gender equity in corporate finance.
The highlight of the afternoon will be a panel discussion featuring senior leaders from some of the region’s top corporations. Drawing from key themes from our Global Equity Study, the discussion will provide valuable perspectives on the progress and challenges in achieving greater equity in the industry. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with the panel, asking questions and seeking guidance on the issues most relevant to them.
We will also honour and celebrate our regional Within Award winners in attendance.

Ms. Jing Zhang is the Executive Director of Trade & Working Capital at J.P. Morgan, supporting Financial Institution clients across the Asia Pacific region. She joined J.P. Morgan in 2008 through the headquarters’ MBA summer internship programme, followed by the Management Associate Program. She completed rotations in relationship management, sales and product functions before relocating to J.P. Morgan Singapore in 2011. Prior to her current role, Jing worked in Trade Sales, covering large multinational corporations and major corporates in the Asia Pacific. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Jing was a Program Associate at the Points of Light Foundation in Washington, D.C. Jing serves as the President of the PENN & Wharton Club of Singapore. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MPA from Indiana University.
