By accessing treasurytoday.com, or by otherwise accessing any content, software, products or services available through the sites (“the Content”), you are deemed to have entered into an agreement with Treasury Today Limited (“Treasury Today Group”) and to have agreed to be bound by the terms set out below.

Treasury Today Group reserves the right to update the terms and conditions from time to time, without notification.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your account.

Intellectual property protection

The term “Intellectual Property Rights” means, copyrights, database rights, trademarks, trade names, domain names, rights in logos, content, inventions, trade secrets and know-how, patents, all rights of whatever nature in computer software and data, all rights of privacy and all intangible rights and privileges of a nature similar to any of the above, in every case in any part of the world and whether or not registered; and including all granted or pending registrations, and all rights to make applications for registration in respect of any of the same.

All Intellectual Property Rights in the Content and design of the sites and any material emailed to you or otherwise supplied to you in conjunction with our online products are the property of Treasury Today Group or with contributors to the website which have licenced their material to Treasury Today Group. You may not use or reproduce any Treasury Today Group Intellectual Property, including any trademarks, registered or unregistered, (such as the ‘TreasuryInsights’ or ‘TreasuryPlus+’ name and logo or other trade names appearing on the sites) for any reason without written permission from Treasury Today Group. The software which operates the sites, is proprietary software and you may not use it except as expressly allowed under these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify or otherwise deal with the software.

Content

All Content belongs to Treasury Today Group or its licensors who own all intellectual property rights (including copyright and database rights) in the Content and any selection or arrangement of the Content. No intellectual property rights in any Content are transferred to you. ‘treasurytoday.com’ and ‘treasurytodayasia.com’ are registered and you may not use them without written permission from Treasury Today Group. You may do the following:

  • View Content for your individual use on any device that is compatible with our websites (this might be your PC, laptop, smartphone, tablet or other mobile device) and store Content on that device for your individual use.
  • Print single copies of articles on paper (but not photocopy) for your individual use. Share links to articles by using the article tools we make available at the side of each article.
  • If you download content, all copyright and other notices must be kept intact.

Except as expressly set out above, you may not reproduce, modify or in any way commercially exploit any of the Content of the Sites. In particular, you may not do any of the following without prior written permission. Treasury Today Group reserves the right at any time and from time to time to make improvements and/or changes, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the website (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Treasury Today Group shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the website.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the website and/or the services. We may investigate any reported violation of these conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials on the website and/or the services).

Treasury Today Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend any password, access, and ability to use the website at any time without notice if this is breached.

No Warranty, Disclaimer of Liability and Indemnity

Treasury Today Group expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of satisfactory quality. Registration

On registration, you must provide Treasury Today Group with accurate, complete registration information and it is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to that information on the applicable registration or membership pages. Treasury Today Group is entitled to rely on any information you provide to us.

Each registration is for a single user only. On registration, you will choose a user name and password (“ID”). You are not allowed to share your ID or give access to Treasury Today Group Content through your ID to anyone else. Treasury Today Group does not allow multiple users on a network or within an organisation to use the same ID. Treasury Today Group may cancel or suspend your access to our websites if you share your ID without further obligation to you. You may not create additional registration or membership accounts for the benefit of others or with the aim of avoiding our use of IDs to control access to and use of Treasury Today Group websites.

You are responsible for all use of Treasury Today Group websites made by you or anyone else using your ID and for preventing unauthorised use of your ID. If you believe there has been any breach of security such as the disclosure, theft or unauthorised use of your ID or any payment information, you must notify Treasury Today Group immediately by emailing us at memberservices@treasurytoday.com. We recommend that you do not select an obvious user password (such as your name) and that you change it regularly. Treasury Today Group cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

If you provide Treasury Today Group with an email address that will result in any messages Treasury Today Group may send you being sent to you via a network or device operated or owned by a third party (eg your employer or college) then you promise that you are entitled to receive those messages. You also agree that Treasury Today Group may stop sending messages to you without notifying you.

User generated content (UGC)

The UGC is submitted by users over whom Treasury Today Group has no control and we cannot therefore guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any UGC. Some users may not behave properly and may post UGC that is misleading, untrue or offensive.

It is not possible for Treasury Today Group to fully monitor all UGC published on our websites but where we have actually received notice of any UGC that is potentially misleading, untrue, offensive, unlawful, infringes third party rights or is potentially in breach of these terms and conditions, then we will review that UGC, and decide at our sole discretion, whether to remove it from our websites and act accordingly. You agree to use this website at your own risk.

You must not transmit to our websites any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Memberships, payment, upgrading and termination terms

Access to certain Treasury Today Group Content may be subject to a fee or membership.

Printed memberships are billed in advance on an annual basis.

If you wish to transfer the membership to a colleague please contact memberservices@treasurytoday.com

You can cancel your account at any time by written request (email or by post) with 30 days’ notice: memberservices@treasurytoday.com

If you cancel your account before the end of your printed membership, you lose access to hard copies of the publication immediately and no refunds will be made.

A Registered User may be offered a free trial while considering a membership. Trial periods will be notified to Registered Users at the outset of their trial. Serial trialling by a user or group of users under different email addresses is a breach of these Terms and will lead to immediate disconnection from the service.

All prices are exclusive of all taxes, levies or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies or duties.

Prices of all publications and memberships, including but not limited to annual membership, are subject to change without notice from us.

Treasury Today Group, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the website for any reason at any time. Such termination of the service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account. Treasury Today Group reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of your use of this website.
