Published: Jan 2026

With nominations now open for the 2026 Women in Treasury & Finance Awards, we reflect on the importance of recognising leadership, impact and those championing meaningful change across the industry.

Women in Treasury & Finance Awards 2026 nominations now open

As the world of treasury and finance continues to evolve, it has never been more important to recognise the individuals going above and beyond to create positive, lasting change. Now open for nominations, the Women in Treasury & Finance Awards provide an opportunity to celebrate exceptional talent and recognise those championing diversity, equity and inclusion across our global community.

Established in 2023, the Women in Treasury & Finance Awards were created to spotlight individual achievement, share powerful stories and inspire the next generation of leaders. The programme recognises role models across the industry through three distinct award categories, each reflecting a different way impact is made. The Woman of the Year award is exclusive to female corporate treasury and finance professionals; the Champion of Change award recognises corporate professionals of all genders who are driving meaningful progress to DEI; and the Leading Light award celebrates professionals servicing the corporate community, from banks and financial institutions to technology providers and advisory firms.

Each year our award winners display dedication, leadership and courage to change their organisations from within. As some of our 2025 award winners shared while receiving their individually engraved awards, recognition is not just about the achievement, but about being seen for the effort and values that underpin it.

“I’m incredibly honoured to receive this Champion of Change award for EMEA. Driving change takes persistence, courage and a willingness to challenge the status quo – qualities I’ve worked hard to bring to everything I do. This recognition reflects not just the outcomes, but the intention and effort behind them.

I’m grateful to be part of a community that is committed to making a meaningful difference and I’m proud of the role I’ve played in pushing forward progress to date.”
