25th July 2022 – Please join us in welcoming Brook Johnson as the new head of EMEA Client Service & Implementations (CS&I). Brook will be based in London, reporting directly to Adam and regionally to Shahrokh, with additional accountability to Scott. He’ll join our EMEA Payments management team.
Brook brings 24 years of financial service experience to our team, most recently working with Silicon Valley Bank on their Client Experience Team to develop and deliver their strategy for tech startups. Previous roles include European head of Client Management, head of Client Service, and director of Operational Risk at firms such as HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group and Bank of America.
As EMEA CS&I head, Brook will be a key catalyst for our team as we expand the business across the region. He’ll collaborate with sales, product, technology, operations and all business functional partners to enhance and differentiate the overall client experience. He joins us on August 1.
