6th September 2022 – Treasury and Trade Solutions’ (TTS) digital platforms and data are a key strength and differentiator for Citi and a key driver of our client experience. The successful execution of TTS’ global digital strategy across all products – including end-to-end client engagement and experience, is essential to helping clients meet both their current and future digital needs. Asia Pacific represents one of our largest growth opportunities and we are determined to lead and win in this new global digital space.

To lead this strategic effort, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Rishi Luthria as the Asia Pacific Head of Platforms and Data Services (PDS). Rishi will lead the product strategy for TTS’ complete suite of offerings in PDS across Asia Pacific and align with global ambitions to provide a best-in-class client experience, solutions and engagement. He will also drive the digital agenda for TTS Asia Pacific, through a deep understanding of the client, market and regulatory landscape in close partnership with Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, and functional partners.

Rishi joined Citi in 2012. Over the last few years, Rishi has worked across various roles in Citi, most notably, helping successfully set-up, scale and lead the Regional Implementation Team in Malaysia and launching CitiDirect Digital Onboarding across Asia Pacific. Most recently, Rishi served as the TTS Regional Sales Head for Citi Commercial Bank (CCB), where he delivered strong growth.

Rishi is an alumni of Citi’s Institutional Client Group’s Vice President Development Program, a talent development program for high performing and high potential individuals. Prior to joining Citi, Rishi held a variety of leadership roles across functions/business lines in Hewlett Packard.

Rishi reports to Naveed Anwar, Global Head of Digital for TTS and Rajesh Mehta, Asia Pacific Head of TTS.
