Press release: BNY Mellon: Zoran Kanlic appointed Head of Financial Supply Chain for Corporate Trade

18th May 2021 – BNY Mellon announced today that Zoran Kanlic has been appointed Head of Financial Supply Chain for Corporate Trade, Treasury Services.

In this newly created role, Kanlic will be responsible for leading a suite of open account products designed to enable BNY Mellon’s corporate clients to improve their working capital goals and optimize their account receivables and payables processing. Based in the New York office, he will report directly to Joon Kim, Global Head of Trade Finance Product & Portfolio Management, Treasury Services.

Kanlic joins BNY Mellon from JPMorgan Chase, where he led the global supply chain finance product team and was responsible for formulating, communicating and executing global product strategy.

Prior to this, he spent 15 years at Deutsche Bank and pioneered its financial supply chain business into a global suite of products, with roles including Global Product Head, Supplier Finance Product Head, Americas. Earlier in his career, he was a Product Manager at Paymentor.com, where he focused on web-based invoice presentment and payment-acceleration offerings. He was also a Principle at Barter for three years where he managed the web-based barter exchange.
