Vietnamese pigs running amuck

Two large pigs, believed to be Vietnamese potbellies, caused damage and injured people when they ran riot on a golf course in Calderdale, West Yorkshire in the United Kingdom.

The two porkers stormed the course at the Lightcliffe Golf Club in Calderdale, causing damage, knocking over golf trolleys and bags and injuring two men. The men suffered minor injuries and had to be treated in hospital to guard against tetanus.

The police finally captured the hogs after they wandered onto a nearby road and started disrupting the traffic. They’ve since been returned to their owner.

Although the club had to close after the rampage it has now reopened – pig free!
