Aditi joined GE HealthCare in Dec-2022 as Global Treasury Operations Leader and Chief of Staff, responsible for leading the project for standing-up new treasury organisation by implementing new processes, new systems and onboarding a new team. In her role as Chief of Staff for Treasury she is working on determining key treasury strategies and priorities, uniting the newly established treasury team and working on driving the right culture and values within the organisation.

Prior to GE HealthCare, Aditi spent 14 years with GE Capital in various treasury roles and was most recently the Separation and Data Leader with GE Corporate Treasury. Aditi was responsible for defining Treasury’s Tech Stack strategy for GE’s three separating businesses. In addition to her GE’s separation responsibilities, Aditi also led Treasury TMS and Data strategy implementation for GE Corporate Treasury.  Prior to that, Aditi was based in Singapore as the Digital Leader for GE Corporate Treasury leading digital initiatives to drive treasury transformation and process automation.

Aditi holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Agra, India.

With over a decade of experience across offices in New York and San Francisco, Charles has held roles in: technology sector banking, leveraged capital markets origination, leveraged loan underwriting and structured product advisory. He helps clients optimise capital structures, manage risk and access global liquidity solutions.

Charles earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Binghamton University’s School of Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds Series 79 and 63 licenses.

Since joining Barclays in March of 2024, Chip has been a member of the Global Transaction Banking Americas leadership team driving our growth in this market.

Prior to joining Barclays, Chip spent 30+ years at J.P. Morgan in a variety of roles including client portfolio management, product solutions specialist, client advisory consultant, and sales team leadership spanning international, commercial, and middle market clients for a variety of industry segments over that span.  Chip’s various roles have seen him primarily based in Dallas, New York and London throughout his career.

With over 20 years of corporate banking experience, Daniel specialises in the US transportation and logistics sector within MUFG’s General Industries group in New York.

Since joining MUFG in 2011, Daniel has led strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, optimising capital structures and delivering tailored financing solutions for investment-grade corporate clients. He plays a key role in aligning clients’ financial strategies with their long-term business objectives while maintaining a strong focus on credit quality, regulatory compliance and risk management.

Before MUFG, Daniel held credit and relationship management roles at Barclays Capital in New York and Citibank in Caracas, Venezuela. He holds a BA in Economics from Florida International University and an MBA from Cornell University’s SC Johnson Graduate School of Management.

David joined GE Aerospace in early 2024 as part of the legacy GE Conglomerate separation into three separately publicly traded companies. Prior to GE Aerospace he worked his whole career at GE Corporate in a range of treasury roles including leading the Americas treasury operations and various programme related roles including GE Capital readiness on derivative reform, large portfolio restructuring actions and ultimately the separation readiness. GE Aerospace is a world-leading provider of jet and turboprop engines, as well as integrated systems for commercial, military, business and generation aviation aircraft.

David moved to the US in 2013 and resides in Connecticut with his wife. He enjoys travelling, photography, soccer and golf.

Graham began his career at Citigroup, where he drove product innovation and operational excellence in correspondent and electronic banking. He is currently a board member of BritishAmerican Business and the School of Information Studies at Syracuse University.

Graham holds an MBA from MIT and both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Information Management from Syracuse University.

Ian Macdougall

Ian MacDougall, is a Sr. Treasury Analyst at TI Automotive Inc., formerly ABC Technologies, Inc., managing daily cash flow forecasting and heading projects like large scale bank consolidation. Ian graduated from the University of Michigan – Dearborn with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in accounting in 2018 and 2023, respectively.  Early in his career Ian worked in lending and internal audit then moved to treasury in 2022 while working at Domino’s Pizza.  At Domino’s Pizza he oversaw cash flow management, forecasting and facilitating the ABS structure there.  There he won the 2024 Adam Smith Award for Best Cash Flow Forecasting Solution by leveraging J.P. Morgan Access’s Cash Flow Intelligence Tool to automate cash flow analysis and forecasting processes.

Post her executive career, India founded a multidisciplinary leadership practice, Leadership for Execs. India is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and expert facilitator. She advises executives on leadership, change, transition and transformation. She is a trusted confidante and solutions provider for CEO’s, leadership teams and individual leaders around the world.

India currently sits on the board of C. Hoare & Co., the UK’s oldest private bank, and chairs its Risk Committee. She is also the Chair of the Women Business Collaborative in the US and sits on Weber Shandwick’s advisory board. She previously served as Chair of Travalyst, a sustainability-focused travel platform founded by Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, and during her board tenure at Euromoney PLC, was a part of the team that orchestrated its sale to Private Equity. Her executive and board experience spans continents and sectors.

India is a coaching faculty member at Georgetown University and a preferred coach for several Fortune 100 companies.

She has deep expertise in real-time payments, stablecoins, and managing an evolving financial landscape that demands real-time liquidity and precision. Kammy has successfully led treasury operations across complex multinational environments, supporting business activities in over 150 countries.

She is known for driving strategic initiatives that bridge traditional finance with the digital asset ecosystem. Most notably, she pioneered a treasury infrastructure model to support a stablecoin launch in 2024.

Lynda McGoey

Lynda McGoey serves as the Global Head of Bank Relationship Management & Trade Finance at GE Vernova, based in Stamford, CT. With more than 25 years of experience in treasury, she has held senior leadership roles across General Electric Company and GE Capital Corporation.

Lynda has successfully led trade finance teams across seven countries, partnering with global banks and businesses to support GE’s financial initiatives. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving growth, managing large-scale acquisitions and ensuring seamless operational integration.

She played a pivotal leadership role in the financial separation of GE Healthcare, GE Aerospace and GE Vernova, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar trade finance programme and managing relationships with dozens of global banking partners. Lynda is an alumna of the GE Experienced Financial Leadership Program and holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Manhattan University.

Beyond her professional career, Lynda is married with five children and is deeply involved in community service having served on the National Charity League and her local PTA board. She is also passionate about health and wellness, having served as a HealthAhead Site Leader.

Mr. Manoj S Bhatia is Managing Director and Global Head of Subsidiary Banking for MUFG Bank. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for strengthening MUFG’s global network and delivering the firm for GCIB’s existing corporate banking client portfolio as well as spearheading the acquisition of new business for the bank on a global basis.

The Global Subsidiary Banking coverage team is responsible for developing multinational client portfolios across the 50 markets that MUFG is present globally. The clients covered by this group are subsidiaries of multinationals headquartered in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Mr. Bhatia joined MUFG in August 2018 as Head of Global Subsidiary Banking for Asia & Oceania before assuming responsibility for Asia Pacific in November 2020 and his subsequent elevation as the Global Head of Subsidiary Banking in July 2022. Prior to joining MUFG, Mr. Bhatia was Managing Director and Head of Citi’s Asia Pacific Regional Account Management team with the MNC Banking Business. He joined Citicorp in June 1994 in India and over the years has worked with Citi’s Global Securities Services, Transaction Banking and Branch Operations.

He relocated to Citibank’s Singapore office in 2008 as Director and Regional Account Manager with the Global Subsidiaries Group, covering a portfolio of US and European global relationships across the Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Bhatia graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Electronics Engineering from the Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering in 1992 and has a Master’s in Business Administration from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in India, graduating in 1994.

Over her 30-year journey with Siemens in Europe, Asia and the US, Nicola has championed fresh ideas and bold experiments to modernise treasury. Current initiatives include harnessing AI to solve the “last mile” in automation and exploring blockchain for real-world applications – all grounded in a mindset of ecosystem thinking that breaks silos and builds connections. In 2025, she was named Champion of Change for The Americas in the Within Awards and was a finalist for IMAGE Magazine’s International Businesswoman of the Year. Her team also won the 2025 TMI Best Emerging Technology Solution Award for innovation in treasury technology. Originally from Ireland, Nicola is passionate about inclusive leadership, practical impact and keeping work both purposeful and human.

Ouassila (Cilla) Sayd is the Head of Cash Management and Payments at Siemens Capital, leading treasury transformation across the Americas. She drives initiatives in automation, digitisation and payment innovation that strengthen liquidity, reduce risk and enable business growth.

With international experience at Siemens and Volvo Cars across Europe and the Americas, Cilla has delivered major treasury projects including large-scale bank transitions, direct to consumer marketplaces set ups, liquidity optimisation, and the rollout of APIs, virtual accounts, real-time and blockchain payments.

She is deeply passionate about the future of payments and frequently shares her expertise at industry events including EuroFinance, AFP and Women in Treasury.

Fluent in four languages and holding an MSc in Finance from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, and a BBA from Al Akhawayn University in Morocco, Cilla embodies adaptability, resilience and innovation. Rebeca Wiadacz

Rebeca Wiadacz is the Staff Director of Global Cash Management (GCM) of FedEx Corporation. She leads a 37 member team responsible for the execution of the GCM strategy and directs day-to-day cash operations in the Americas and in Luxembourg. She oversees the relationship with multiple banks and the overall liquidity for the company.

 

Rebeca’s other responsibilities include serving as the main treasury liaison to multiple integrations, restructurings, global expansion and M&A activities. She works closely with accounting, tax, and legal to anticipate and mitigate financial and execution risks. Rebeca was responsible for implementing multiple bank services globally, including several cash pools. One of those cash pools solutions was the winner of Treasury Today’s Adam Smith Awards in 2022 and again in 2025 for its innovative technology.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Universidade de Sao Paulo (USP) and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.

He previously held senior treasury roles at GE HealthCare and GE Company, where responsibilities included post-M&A treasury setup, cash mobilisation, banking strategy and derivatives regulatory reform.

She began her career in a role in cultural publishing at the Dazed Group in London before moving to Tokyo in late 2010 to work as a freelance editor and consultant. Sophie headed up the launch of Treasury Today Asia in 2012 whilst based in Japan and then Hong Kong. Sophie is a driving force behind our global Women in Treasury initiative and a passionate proponent of diversity and inclusion. She is a UCL graduate who studied in Paris and London and is based in Europe.

Susan G. Quartarolo joined Sony Corporation of America in September 2001 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility culminating in Vice President and Treasurer. In this role, Susan is responsible for global cash management, foreign exchange exposure management, cash forecasting and treasury planning for Sony Corporation of America and all its Sony subsidiaries. In addition, she oversees the SCA Investment Management Team. She also is President and Treasurer of Sony Capital Corporation which finances SCA and its subsidiaries. Furthermore, she assists the management of Sony’s US-based operating units with financial strategies, policies and with the evaluation of new investment opportunities.

 

Prior to joining SCA, Susan worked at Pitney Bowes Inc. where she held various positions within treasury operations.  She has an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University Lubin School of Business and graduated from Fordham University with a BS in Finance. 

Tanya Kohen

A Certified Treasury Professional and award-winning leader, Tanya is recognised for her achievements in implementing transformative solutions, particularly in supply chain finance. In her consulting and training work, she collaborates on the development of AI-driven tools to optimise financial processes, reflecting her commitment to advancing the treasury field. She has served as President and currently as a Board member of the North Carolina Treasury Management Association, contributing as an educator and speaker. Tanya is the author of Alice and the Treasury Island, a book on career development and professional growth, and has created online courses exploring the intersection of technology and finance.
