Alexander van den Heuvel is Director Treasury Operations for dsm-firmenich. He joined dsm in 2000 and held many finance roles and has operational experience as supply chain manager. Since 2018, Alexander has been dsm’s Group Cash Manager leading the cash management team. Alexander is a Dutch and Belgian national, holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics as well as an Executive Master of Finance and Control.
Alexander has successfully supported dsm’s divestments of the materials businesses as well as the integration of various acquisitions from a treasury perspective. Alexander also played a key role in developing and implementing the Digital Roadmap for Treasury. He also leads the Treasury Integration Project Office following the 2023 merger between dsm and Firmenich.

Barış Gökalp serves as the Global Treasury Director at Şişecam, leading digital treasury management strategies for the world-leading company in the glass and chemicals sector. In this role since 2015, Gökalp manages a 20-person team and brings over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, risk management and treasury operations across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
As a pioneer of International Digital Treasury Management in Turkey, he began his career as an Operations Specialist and Financial Analyst at Finansbank, followed by treasury management positions at companies like Vestel, PETKIM, Soktas Tekstil, and FELDA IFFCO. He is the Founding President of the Corporate Treasurers Association and speaks at industry events.
In the Adam Smith Awards, he was Highly Commended in the Cyber Security Solution category in 2021, and selected as the overall winner of Corporate Treasurer of the Year in 2025. He was also a finalist in Treasury Transformation at the 2022 Alexander Hamilton Awards.

Engin Dorttepe is a senior treasury and corporate finance executive with extensive international experience across banking and multinational corporates. He currently serves as Managing Director of SABIC Capital BV and holds additional director positions within SABIC Group. In parallel, he is Director of Global Cash Management at SABIC Group, responsible for global liquidity, banking strategy, and cash pooling structures.
Engin joined SABIC in 2021 in Corporate Finance & Strategy and subsequently assumed broader leadership responsibilities across treasury and financing entities. Earlier in her career, Yang held various financial roles of increasing responsibility at Whirlpool Corporation, and began her professional journey with General Electric Healthcare in Europe.
Yang Xu, born in 1979 in China, is a French national. She holds a Master’s degree in Management from HEC Paris and has completed MBA programmes at London Business School and Stanford University.
