This solution, deployed by adidas in Turkey, is a mobile instruction workflow portal system. Mobil-ink, as it is known, has been designed to cover all of the different banking instructions used by adidas Turkey.

Neslihan Yakal, Treasury and Risk Manager, adidas Turkey, explains, “Mobil-ink is a unique web based portal, designed to manage the work and process flows of banking transaction instructions, not only between internal departments of the company but also with the company’s bank.”

The solution provider in this project is TEB AS, part of the BNP Paribas network. The instructions are prepared through this Workflow System and signed by authorised signatories via PC or mobile phone with an electronic signature.

The benefits that adidas Turkey has seen from this project include:

• The minimisation of operational costs.

• The speeding up of instruction preparation.

• Elimination of the risk of internal and external fraud in banking instructions.

• Mobility in the signing process.

In addition, an electronic archive to keep the history of all records of the transactions of the company (not only instructions, and signatures, but also the pre-signature internal approval stages) has been established.
