Treasury Today’s Women in Treasury & Finance initiative was established to pioneer women in our industry and to create a community where we share our experiences and encourage each other’s professional development.
Over the last 13 years the Women in Treasury & Finance platform has evolved from first profiling women, then to our annual study which charts the progress of gender equity in corporate treasury and finance, and now encompasses many different events. We have dedicated awards and hosted workshops and roundtables across the world.

The annual equity study has been informing and advancing equity in corporate finance for over a decade.
In that time the study has consistently been first to explore gender parity, uncover the roadblocks to female representation and celebrate female success across the world.
In 2026 one of our main aims is to bring more male allies and advocates on board. By exploring male perspectives, challenges and experiences alongside those of our female and non-binary community we arrive at a full understanding of the state of equity today.
