The investment comes after Skylink won a 3-year leasing contract worth S$2.2m from a client that serves the operator of the largest chilled food service distribution network in the City State.

Deliveries of the new 24-foot refrigerated box trucks will commence in October 2026. The contract award will contribute positively to the Group’s revenue for its leasing business and support its long-term expansion plans in this area.

Skylink is expanding its cold chain fleet available for hire as part of a strategic plan to expand its asset portfolio in the highly-specialised heavy commercial vehicle category, which supports these essential cold chain supply chain operations.

Singapore’s continued infrastructure development, resilient logistics demand, and ongoing commercial vehicle replacement cycle are expected to sustain demand over the long-term. Skylink’s associated credit and engineering services buttress its leasing operation.
