23rd April 2026 — Hall Chadwick, the leading Australian-founded professional services firm with a 140-year legacy, is expanding into the UK as part of its international growth strategy. The expansion will be marked by a launch event at Kensington Palace this evening, as the firm brings its cross-border M&A, capital raising and restructuring capabilities to the London market, with a sector focus on data centres, infrastructure and AI.

Founded in 1885, Hall Chadwick is one of Australia’s most established chartered accounting and advisory firms. While its Australian business spans traditional accounting, audit and advisory services, Hall Chadwick’s international business is focused on transaction-led services, including cross-border M&A, capital raising, restructuring and insolvency.

The UK expansion reflects Hall Chadwick’s growing focus on unlocking access to global capital by connecting companies, assets and investment across multiple jurisdictions and high-growth sectors. The expansion follows Hall Chadwick’s completion of a US$207 million IPO on the NASDAQ in 2025, launching Hall Chadwick Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: HCACU), a special purpose acquisition company. It also comes after the firm’s expansion into international financial hubs, notably Hong Kong and Singapore, where it has supported Asia-Pacific businesses in accessing US public markets.

The new office will initially provide integrated advisory, restructuring and insolvency services to UK-based businesses and international clients. It will work closely with Hall Chadwick’s Australian offices and its global network through PrimeGlobal, one of the world’s largest associations of independent accounting and advisory firms. Recently appointed Managing Partner, Deviesh Raikundalia, a qualified chartered accountant and licensed insolvency practitioner with over two decades of experience, will lead the UK operation.

Hall Chadwick brings extensive capital markets expertise across multiple jurisdictions, having advised more than 10,000 public and private clients, supported over US$5 billion in emerging transactions and raised more than US$1 billion in capital. The firm believes this track record positions it to deliver a differentiated and internationally connected offering to the London market at a time when the capital is showing strong signs of recovery and a renewed focus on attracting global capital and listings.

Deviesh Raikundalia, Managing Partner at Hall Chadwick UK, said: “I am delighted to be launching Hall Chadwick’s UK practice and to be taking on the role of Managing Partner. London remains one of the most important financial centres in the world and we see a clear opportunity to bring Hall Chadwick’s offering to the UK market. This is an exciting time for the firm and for London. As London capital raising revives and the UK Government promotes innovative routes to public markets, we see strong potential to connect UK-based investors with international deal flow.”

Richard Albarran, Global Managing Partner at Hall Chadwick, said: “Our expansion into London is a natural next step in Hall Chadwick’s international growth. As deals become increasingly cross-border, we see strong demand for an offering that combines cross-border M&A, capital raising and restructuring capabilities across multiple jurisdictions. We see a particularly strong opportunity in the real assets space and the firm is committed to capitalising on the anticipated data centre and AI growth over the coming years.”
