The second stop on our Women in Treasury & Finance Forum global tour is the highly anticipated EMEA Forum in London. This event serves as a vital platform to explore key industry topics, with a strong focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
As part of our global Women in Treasury & Finance initiative, this forum brings together industry professionals to share their experiences, challenges and successes, fostering a collaborative space for learning and growth. It offers a unique opportunity to connect, exchange insights and champion the advancement of gender equity in corporate finance.
A key highlight of the afternoon will be a panel discussion featuring senior leaders from some of the region’s top corporations. Drawing on key themes in our Global Equity Study, the conversation will offer valuable perspectives on the progress made and the challenges that remain in achieving greater equity across the industry. Attendees will have the chance to engage directly with the panel, posing questions and seeking guidance on the issues that matter most to them.
We will also honour and celebrate our regional Women in Treasury & Finance Award winners in attendance.

In the morning of the Forum, we are hosting an intimate Leadership Workshop – Finding Your Voice at the Table: The Power of Strategic Negotiation, in partnership with Deutsche Bank. Attendees will gain actionable insights from executive coach, Joana Matos, Deal Expert Office for Negotiation.
