Aigerim Bekzhanova is Finance Transformation Program Manager at Vanderlande based in Netherlands.
She has held various roles within Vanderlande from 2017, her longest role being APAC Controller in Singapore and Sydney. She moved back to the Netherlands at the end of 2023 and decided to pursue the role in finance transformations.
Before Vanderlande, she had ten years of extensive cross functional experience in the oil and gas industry in Kazakhstan, where she had varying roles from auditor in Ernst and Young to corporate commercial roles in oil production and industrial automation. She has a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
Akash Kumar is a treasury professional with over 11 years of diverse experience spanning corporate treasury, financial institutions, and treasury consulting. Currently serving as the Treasury Manager for APAC at Uber, driving strategic liquidity management, risk mitigation and regional treasury operations. A track record in leading treasury transformation projects, optimising cash management structures and enhancing treasury processes.
Alexander van den Heuvel is Director Treasury Operations for DSM-Firmenich. He joined DSM in 2000 and held many finance roles and has operational experience as supply chain manager. Since 2018, Alexander has been DSM’s Group Cash Manager leading the cash management team. Alexander is a Dutch and Belgian national, holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics as well as an Executive Master of Finance and Control.
Alexander has successfully supported DSM’s divestments of the materials businesses as well as the integration of various acquisitions from a treasury perspective. Alexander also played a key role in developing and implementing the Digital Roadmap for Treasury. He also leads the Treasury Integration Project Office following the 2023 merger between DSM and Firmenich.
Annabelle Diepenhorst is CEO of HSBC The Netherlands. HSBC is one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisations and locally in the Netherlands, HSBC is one of the few international banks with scale offering a full range of local products and services. Annabelle has almost 25 years of banking experience and her career has spanned roles across both corporate and investment banking at numerous international banks. She has an international background and has lived in the Netherlands, France, Germany and the US.
Caroline Lacocque is RVP Benelux, Nordics, South and Africa at Zycus, the leader in S2P solutions, pioneering the world’s first Generative AI powered platform.
She is a distinguished leader in treasury and financial strategy, with a specialised focus on the critical intersection between treasury and procurement. With extensive experience in liquidity management, risk mitigation, and sourcing and procurement technology, she has been instrumental in bridging the gap between these two essential functions to drive operational efficiency and financial resilience.
At this event, Caroline will explore the evolving collaboration between treasury and procurement, highlighting how integrated strategies can enhance cash flow optimisation, supplier relationships and working capital efficiency. Dennis has worked for 20+ years in various multinational companies with multiple roles within treasury, from operational to strategic lead. In each role, Dennis has focused on making treasury a partner to the business and creating close collaboration with other finance areas and/or other departments in the organisation.
Out of work, Dennis enjoys spending time with his family and friends, listening to music, working in his garden, cycling and swimming.
Emi Miki is Sales Executive at Nomentia. Nomentia empowers treasurers with innovative automation solutions for cash and treasury management, leveraging over 20 years of experience and expertise.
Erik Teiken has a diverse background in finance, ranging from accounting and control to working the last 20 years as interim Treasurer in a wide range of sectors and treasury roles, with a specialisation in TMS implementation and cash flow forecasting. His other passion is governance, serving in several supervisory roles. He is a Certified Treasurer (RT) and joined the HSBC Treasury Solutions Group last year, being a global team that guides treasurers on their transformation journey.
Feliks Indenbaum is the Head of Group Treasury for Jetbrains, a leading global software development company, overseeing treasury operations across group entities in 13 countries, having developed the whole structure for cash management, including cash pooling, liquidity forecasting, FX hedging, bank relationships, investment platforms and other strategic projects.
Feliks has over 20 years of international experience in the treasury and banking field, holding an MBA from the Executive Academy of Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria), a Certificate of Treasury from ACT (UK) and a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Corporate Governance Institute (Ireland).
Franca Aeby has been working at Roche since 2014 where she first joined the Treasury Operations department and since then has held various roles of increasing responsibility within treasury as well as international assignments in finance business partnering. From 2017 to 2024 she was working in Treasury Operations as a Senior Cash Manager, overseeing Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa and was responsible for the group’s short-term liquidity planning. Since 2024, she has joined the Financing & Markets Team at Roche where she initially managed the group’s FX exposure and is now focused on asset and liability management including the group’s liquidity planning and DCM [debt capital markets]. Franca Aeby holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Business and Economics from the University of Basel, Switzerland.
Iain Currie has been at Prologis for 13 years, having started as a Treasury Analyst. Currently, Iain is the Director Treasury Operations, where he is responsible for overseeing European liquidity management, cash forecasting, bank relationships and IT-treasury connected projects.
Iain has worked on several key projects during his career at Prologis, including the migration of the Prologis European banking structure from its singular setup in 2015/2016 to its current multi-bank setup; the use of SEPA direct debit collections for Europe; the implementation of an in-house bank; and most recently the global implementation of a forecasting tool for treasury.
Iain possesses a MA (Hons) degree in Financial Economics from the University of Dundee, United Kingdom.
Jarno Timmerman is a senior finance professional and highly motivated team leader with over 20 years of extensive experience within the full spectrum of treasury and finance. Jarno has worked for several global multinationals in both Europe and Asia.
Jeroen Brieffies is a Treasury Director at Royal FrieslandCampina (a Dutch dairy cooperative) mainly responsible for the corporate finance and risk management activities of the company. Jeroen has over 25 years of corporate treasury experience within the food, automotive and dairy industry. Prior to his current role he was amongst others responsible for the development and implementation of the treasury infrastructure as head of treasury operations and headed the Swiss finance branch of the company for several years.
Jeroen studied banking and finance, and graduated as a registered treasurer (RT) from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.
Jochen Werner is VP EMEA at Zycus, the leader in S2P solutions, pioneering the world’s first Generative AI powered platform. Prior to Zycus, he worked for a short period in consulting and for six years in senior sales roles at Coupa Software. With his experience at Coupa and other companies such as PROS, IBM, Sterling Commerce and Hyperion, he brings extensive market knowledge and expertise in consulting, sales and implementation of transformative solutions with high value-added potential for finance, procurement and sales.
Joy Macknight is a freelance journalist and former editor of The Banker, part of the Financial Times group. She joined The Banker in August 2015 as transaction banking and technology editor, was promoted to deputy editor in September 2016 and then to managing editor in April 2019, before becoming the first female editor in the publication’s history in March 2021. Previously, she was features editor at Profit & Loss, editorial director at Treasury Today and editor at gtnews. She also worked as staff writer on Banking Technology and IBM Computer Today, as well as a freelancer on Computer Weekly.
Julia Donegan is Global Treasury Director at Newell Brands Inc with responsibility for liquidity and treasury operations in 46 countries. She has over 15 years’ experience in treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, complex treasury development and restructuring driven by tax and legal requirements, financial reporting and change management. Julia developed the Dublin Treasury Operations team from start up, currently comprising seven colleagues, as well as managing Newells’ Treasury Operations team in the US. Under Julia’s leadership, the team have successfully reconfigured the company’s banking structure, standardised processes across EMEA and migrated the Asia Pacific (APAC) treasury function from Hong Kong to Dublin. In 2024, Julia and team won the Adam Smith Best Transaction Management Solution award for her work with Newell on transforming the European banking structure and implementing a multi entity, multi-currency notional pool with our partner bank.
Prior to joining Newell, Julia was treasury team lead at Pfizer, responsible for cash and liquidity management and implementation of strategic projects. She holds a BSc Management (Finance), a Master’s in Business Studies, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
Kidus Yared is the Country Head of Global Payments Solutions, The Netherlands running the cash management franchise for Corporate and Institutional Banking clients.
Kidus has been with HSBC for 17 years and was previously the Head of Receivables Payments Products, Europe and oversaw receivables, products and propositions across Europe. Kidus has held various roles including Relationship Manager, Sales, Financial Institutional Account Manager (FIG), Client Integration as well as Product Owner for multiple solutions and has been a trusted advisor to some of the world’s largest corporations and institutional clients offering innovative solutions in the areas of payments and treasury.
Marco Reich is a Cash Manager within Roche’s Group Treasury, where he is overseeing Eastern Europe and the Nordics. His responsibilities include managing the group’s short-term liquidity and In-House Bank operations.
Prior to his current role, Marco started his career as an In-House Bank Specialist. He led several key strategic and cross-functional initiatives, including Roche’s digital payment collection strategy and the deployment of the company’s internal eBanking tool. He is committed to leveraging the potential of technology to achieve end-to-end efficiency and automation. Marco joined Roche six years ago and holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Business Administration from the Humboldt University of Berlin.
Mark Biegstraaten is an experienced M&A and corporate finance professional with over two decades in strategic roles across high-tech, AI and telecom sectors. As Head of Treasury at Nebius Group (formerly Yandex), he plays a pivotal role in the company’s global restructuring, overseeing complex cross-border M&A, carve-outs and funding strategies, including a $700M PIPE. Mark has a strong track record in leading deals, integrations and carve-outs in politically sensitive and fast-paced environments. With a deep understanding of the AI landscape and its capital demands, he combines financial expertise with a sharp strategic mindset to unlock growth and drive value in transformative tech-driven businesses.
Olga Gayevskaya is DACT Vice Chairwoman. She has over 20 years of treasury experience and an MBA in Finance. Olga has built a distinguished career leading treasury operations in international and multicultural environments.
Päivi Paananen is an experienced treasury professional specialising in banking, payments and treasury technology. In her current position at Booking.com Treasury Technology for Banking and Payments, she plays a key role in optimising global treasury operations and implementing innovative payment and collection solutions. Päivi is passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency and resilience in corporate treasury and shaping the future of treasury through digital transformation and strategic partnerships.
Peter Graham is a highly experienced and strategic treasury professional with a proven track record in global cash management, financial risk mitigation and treasury process transformation. Currently Regional Treasury Director, EMEA at Ricoh Europe, overseeing treasury operations across 26 EMEA countries and four in Asia Pacific region, driving efficiency, integration and innovation. Adam Smith Award winner for Best Cash Management Solution.

Ramón Tolk leads the EMEA treasury team for Avery Dennison, an US multinational company operating in over 50 countries. In his role, Ramón has led multiple transformational initiatives, including a global cash management RFP, treasury management system RFP, working capital optimisation, setting-up bank relationship management, foreign exchange, interest rate and commodity price risk management strategies, and optimisation of the intercompany capital structure. Ramón also participated and led debt capital markets/capital structure activities, M&A funding and integration.
Prior to joining Avery Dennison, Ramón has held multiple roles at corporates in the area of treasury and financial reporting as well as treasury consultant and external auditor with a Big Four. Ramón holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and is a Chartered Accountant.
Sophie Jackson has 17 years’ experience in publishing. She began her career in a role in cultural publishing at the Dazed Group in London before moving to Tokyo in late 2010 to work as a freelance editor and consultant. Sophie headed up the launch of Treasury Today Asia in 2012 whilst based in Japan and then Hong Kong. Sophie is a driving force behind our global Women in Treasury initiative and a passionate proponent of diversity and inclusion. She is a UCL graduate who studied in Paris and London and is based in Europe.
Timo Venema has ten years of experience in financial markets and derivatives, most recently as Senior Consultant IR & FX Risk at ICC Consultants. Before that he worked at multiple brokers and (inter)national banks in London and the Netherlands. He holds an MSc in Finance & Investment from the RSM (Erasmus University).
