The Women in Treasury Global Study 2018 – NOW OPEN

Treasury Today Group’s ground-breaking Women in Treasury initiative continues to challenge the status quo. The annual global study, this year proudly supported by State Street Global Advisors, will once again help us explore the current trends and topics affecting women in treasury worldwide and find out how organisations across the globe are responding to the challenges of diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities. The short study questionnaire is now open and we strongly encourage you to participate.

At State Street Global Advisors our focus on diversity extends from the boardroom through the entire organization and is based on research that shows diverse groups produce better business outcomes. A strong pipeline of talented women, especially in financial fields such as Treasury, is essential to achieving our objective of increased diversity.

Your unique insights are invaluable

With your help in sharing your experiences we will continue to push the world of corporate treasury forward. Your ongoing participation in the study, which is at the heart of our Women in Treasury initiative, is helping us build a clear picture of the careers of women across the industry, while tackling issues such as:

  • Gender equality

  • Parenting

  • Career progression

  • Building talented teams

All participants will receive an exclusive report on the full study findings. A summary of the results will also be published in Treasury Today and Treasury Today Asia – both in print and digitally. The findings will also be discussed at a Women in Treasury webinar, supported by State Street Global Advisors, which will be held in Autumn 2018.
