Treasury Today Group is very excited to announce the launch of our first Masterclasses, a four-part series with India Gary-Martin. Focusing on leadership in and after 2020, this new series will address the prevailing issues of this year, drawing upon the lessons learnt and challenges for leaders highlighted by a year of pandemic, political unrest and social activism which has seen racial equity in the US become front of mind for many large organisations.
We are very lucky to have India Gary-Martin as our first Masterclass tutor. India is a financial industry veteran who has held many prominent C-suite roles including COO at J.P. Morgan. She has worked in Hong Kong, Japan, Germany and England and is now based on the East Coast of the US. India’s list of accolades is very lengthy, here are just some highlights; whilst in Europe India was named one of the Top 50 businesswomen in Europe and in the Top 100 Black Executives in the UK. She is a FORBES Council Coach, a former adjunct professor at Temple University and is on the coaching faculty of the New York City Bar Association’s Leadership Institute.
For the last six years India has stepped out on her own and is now an entrepreneur and founder of Leadership for Executives. At Treasury Today Group we have been fortunate enough to have hosted India for talks at the unveiling of Fearless Girl statue at her permanent home on Wall Street in December 2018 and at our Women in Treasury New York Forum in October 2019. India is one of the most memorable and impactful guest speakers we have ever had the pleasure of working with and we are very excited that we can share her insights with our audience far and wide through our new Masterclass platform.
Over the course of her four-part series India will focus on the issues of our time for leaders. Drawing upon the learning curves of 2020, the series will address the following:

- Individual development.
- Setting goals and mapping progress.
