Women in Treasury Asia Forum 2018
Our Women in Treasury Asia Forum 2018 takes place on Wednesday 25th April at the Four Seasons hotel in Singapore from 12 noon to 4:30pm. This annual event is firmly established in the diaries of women and men across the Asia Pacific region and last year’s memorable and insightful event was attended by over 120 people.
The Forum will start at noon with a pre-lunch welcome reception which will include a short presentation summarising the broad findings of our latest Women in Treasury Study. This will be followed by a three course lunch in the Crescent Ballroom, during which the panel discussion will take place on stage, featuring leading industry speakers. The panel discussion will be moderated by Sophie Jackson, Joint Publisher & Head of Strategic Content, Treasury Today Group and will feature a superb line up of panellists including:
Florence Tan, Head, Treasury, APAC, M+W Group
Ariel Liu, Treasury Manager, Corporate Treasury, APAC, Johnson Controls
Christopher Emslie, Asia Regional Treasurer, General Mills
Crystina Hickey, CFA, Vice President, BlackRock
The debate will focus around some of the key issues highlighted by respondents of the study and the challenges to the progress of diversity in our industry as well as plenty of practical career tips and motivational messages for women and men working in the treasury function today.
Following the panel discussion, a lively open question and answer session will take place, giving members of the audience a valuable opportunity to share their own experiences and pose questions to the panel.
Coverage of the event will appear in the May/June 2018 edition of Treasury Today Asia and online.
