Women in Treasury’s Within Awards celebrate exceptional talent and dedicated individuals changing their corporations from within. Last year we moved our coveted Woman of the Year accolade to sit within our Women in Treasury initiative itself, separate to the Adam Smith Awards global programme. This year, we are expanding the programme to allow further recognition of the incredible work carried out by individuals within our industry.
On Thursday 11th April at 12:00 BST | 13:00 CEST | 19:00 SGT | 07:00 EDT our Publishers hosted a special live announcement to reveal 2024’s Woman of the Year and Champion of Change winners.
To add to this year’s celebration, we are inviting all our winners and their partners to the relevant Women in Treasury Forums in Singapore on 11th July, London on 9th September and New York on 10th October, where they will be presented with their own crystal awards. We have two exciting award categories this year: Woman of the Year 2024 and Within Champion of Change 2024. We welcome nominations from EMEA, APAC and the Americas.
This category is open to any senior woman operating in the corporate treasury environment who can demonstrate real innovation, achievement and someone who is an inspiration in her current role. Do you know someone in treasury who is a role model to other women? Someone who has overcome real adversity? Who may have had a career changing experience? Who has helped others? What have you/they achieved? Why do you/they stand out? Who is committed to improving gender representation in their industry and organisation. You might be our Woman of the Year, or you might want to nominate someone else. You can attach or submit by email any material to support your nomination.
This is our new, second, category added to Treasury Today’s Within Awards for 2024 to capture nominations from individuals of any gender who demonstrate a real commitment to challenging the status quo and changing their organisations from within. Focused on making their workplaces more equitable and inclusive with diverse talent being fostered and the power of multiple perspectives being harnessed. You must be able to show innovation, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, decision-making and tenacity and demonstrable achievement in how you personally have changed your organisation and its culture for the better. Identify the previous state and current or future state with benefits both quantitative as well as qualitative. What have you done to break down barriers to facilitate better diversity, equity and inclusion and decision making within your organisation? Tell us your story and share your journey of change.
