Women in Treasury London Forum 2015
The 2015 London Women in Treasury Forum took place on Thursday 10th September at the stunning Plaisterers’ Hall in the City of London with over 200 guests attending. The event started at noon with a pre-lunch networking drinks reception during which Angela Berry, Group Publisher of Treasury Today set the scene with a presentation of some of the key findings of the global 2015 Women in Treasury Study, supported by RBS. This was followed by lunch during which the panel discussion took place, focusing on four key issues highlighted by our Women in Treasury Study. Four high profile industry speakers, Debra Todd, VP Global Treasury Services, BP and Joanna Hawkes, Group Treasurer, M&S together with Jennifer Boussuge, Head of Global Transaction Services, EMEA, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Brenda Trenowden, Head of FIG Europe & Head of Banks & DF, Americas, ANZ were the panellists. The topics debated were around the themes of Gender Equality, The Parent Trap, Career Progression and Building a Talented Team. The panel discussion was followed by an enjoyable and thought provoking question and answer session, with many participants taking the opportunity to seek advice and insights from the four panellists.
