Account terms

  1. You must be 13 years or older to use this service.

  2. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

  3. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.

  4. A Registered User may be offered a free trial while considering a subscription. Trial periods will be notified to Registered Users at the outset of their trial. Serial trialing by a user or group of users under different email addresses is a breach of these Terms and will lead to immediate disconnection from the service.

  5. Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. If you would like to allow multiple users to access via one subscription, please contact sales to discuss your requirements. Users agree that each username/password is strictly for use by the relevant Registered User on:

    1. one PC or equivalent fixed line terminal; and

    2. one portable wireless device (e.g. a BlackBerry® or similar);

  6. Treasury Today reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend any password, access, and ability to use the website at any time without notice if this is breached.

  7. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Treasury Today cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

  8. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your subscription (even when content is posted by others who have accounts under your subscription).

  9. You may not use the website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not, in the use of the website, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Subscription, payment, upgrading and termination terms

  1. Subscriptions are billed in advance on an annual basis.

  2. If you wish to transfer the subscription to a colleague please contact subscriberservices@treasurytoday.com

  3. You can cancel your account at any time by written request (email or by post) with 30 days notice: customer.services@treasurytoday.com

  4. If you cancel your account before the end of your subscription, you lose access to the website immediately but no refunds will be made.

  5. All prices are exclusive of all taxes, levies or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies or duties.

  6. Unless you renew before the end of your subscription you will be downgraded to the “Free” account. This may result in the loss of content, features or capacity of your account.

  7. Treasury Today, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the website for any reason at any time. Such termination of the service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account. Treasury Today reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Modification to the website and pricing

  1. Treasury Today reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the website (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

  2. Prices of all publications and subscriptions, including but not limited to annual subscription, are subject to change without notice from us.

  3. Treasury Today shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the website.

  2. Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is available via email and phone (09:00 – 17:30 UK).

  3. You understand that Treasury Today uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the website.

  4. You must not modify, adapt or hack the website or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with treasurytoday.com, or any other Treasury Today publication.

  5. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the website, use of the website, or access to the website without the express written permission by Treasury Today.

  6. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these terms of service.

  7. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Treasury Today customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.

  9. You must not upload, post or transmit unsolicited email or “spam” messages.

  11. If your bandwidth or usage significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by Treasury Today) of other website customers, we reserve the right to immediately disable your account until you can reduce your bandwidth consumption.

Treasury Today does not warrant that (a) the website will meet your specific requirements, (b) the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (d) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (e) any errors in the website will be corrected.

  13. The failure of Treasury Today to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms & Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and Treasury Today and govern your use of the website, superseding any prior agreements between you and Treasury Today (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms & Conditions).

Data privacy

  1. It is Treasury Today’s policy to respect the privacy of the users, while providing a service which seeks to recognise its users' preferences. When a user registers with Treasury Today, he/she will be asked to provide us with the identifying information requested on the registration page. The types of Personal Information we may request include name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as information about your interest in and use of our various products, programmes or services. Treasury Today keeps all the subscriber’s and registered users' information private and does not share it with any unrelated third party for its own marketing purposes without the subscriber's or the registered users' consent.

  2. When subscribers or registered users make any purchase via Treasury Today, Treasury Today may, in addition to the above information, take credit/debit card details in order to process payments. These details will be passed to third party providers of payment processing in encrypted format. Treasury Today does not store credit/debit card details.

  3. Treasury Today will not disclose the subscriber's or the registered users' personal information unless, in the opinion of Treasury Today, it is necessary to (a) comply with legal requirements, (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Treasury Today, (c) comply with and enforce the Agreement or (d) act to protect the legitimate interests of its customers or others. Treasury Today does process personal information in order to assist it gather information on users' preferences. In addition, personal information is used to conduct market research surveys and to provide users with information about other services available from Treasury Today. When you use the Treasury Today website to contact third parties, for example by way of the “email-to-a-colleague” feature, you agree that you have the appropriate consent of that party and agree that Treasury Today may identify you to that party if they so request.
