A clear voice in a noisy world
Announcing the launch of Treasury Insights
Focusing on the key developments that are of particular importance to corporate treasury and delving deeper into these issues in order to explain why and how they matter.
In a recent Treasury Today article, Jean-Marc Servat, Director of Treasury EMEA Asia Pacific at Cisco Systems commented,
“In the field of treasury, speed and reactions are increasingly important – treasurers need to know exposures, they need to have good online communications. But to do that, we need to clear out the white noise. It is about the quality of information we receive, not the quantity.”
In the age of technology it is easy to be inundated with information – the difficulty lies in identifying what is genuinely significant. We believe we are in a position to help identify the stories that matter and this month sees Treasury Today launching Treasury Insights, a new tool to help you filter out the background noise.
Treasury Insights is a service which provides highly focused, in-depth analysis of the current stories that matter. Rather than simply reporting that events have taken place, we will be focusing on the key developments that are of particular importance to corporate treasury and delving deeper into these issues in order to explain why and how they matter.
Drawing on Treasury Today’s editorial expertise, and the expertise of our many contacts, we will provide opinion, interpretation and commentary on the topics shaping the industry today. The full text of these Insight pieces is posted on treasurytoday.com as the articles are written. Then, once a week, the Treasury Insights email summarises the new pieces from the last week, so a synopsis of what is available is sent to you and you can choose what to read. The weekly Treasury Insights email will also summarise other relevant industry news and provide links to additional resources for further reading.
Once registered at treasurytoday.com you will be able to view the full version of these Insight pieces. Registration is free. A small subscription is charged to access other content and valuable features on the site but there is no charge for access to Treasury Insights. Simple registration is all that is required.
The Treasury Insights email will be sent on Friday mornings. If you want to hear this clear voice on a regular basis, register for this free email service at treasurytoday.com
For a selection of our recent insight pieces, please see the new Treasury Insights Section in this month’s magazine on pages 6 and 7.
We hope that you will find Treasury Insights an invaluable tool in identifying the industry developments that really matter and we will always welcome your feedback.
