Message from the MD

It is difficult and painful for me to know what to write after the events of 11th September, which touched all of our lives.

This global financial community is so small that we all know someone who has died or has lost a colleague or loved one. In our small way we want to acknowledge this and not carry on as if nothing had happened.

We will not forget them.

Difficult Times

What is clear is that we are in difficult times and it is at times like this that the basics become even more important. We may be cautious and delay new projects but that is not a reason to ignore our major responsibilities, whether that be prudent management of our company’s financial resources or continuing to write and research on behalf of our readers. Life must move forward.

Thank you to all our readers for the continuing feedback, comments and suggestions that help us to cover the subjects that you want to read about. Please continue to let us know what we can do to make your professional lives a little easier. The content of the newsletter, our special reports and Treasury Today’s subscriber documentation responds to the requests that we receive. Please make sure that you ask us for what you want.

We will keep telling it as it is.
