A large FS business is now recruiting for a Treasury Manager in a standalone role.
The role reports directly to the USA and so would suit someone who has previously worked with a similar reporting line.
The main responsibilities of the role are:

Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts for the regional entities.

Manage and coordinate the intercompany loan process and funding for new and existing entities in the region.

Monitor the legal entity capital structure (debt/equity) in the region and make recommendations on the optimal capital structure for each entity.

Work with tax and controllers on repatriation solutions.

Manage letter of credit/financial guarantee requests from the region, and ensure compliance with debt covenants.

Manage treasury due diligence and funding strategies for acquisitions in the region.

Assist corporate treasury with banking activities (bank account maintenance, funding requests and queries from regional controllers group).

Work with corporate insurance on regional issues.

Miscellaneous ad-hoc projects.
The successful candidate will have corporate treasury experience rather than financial services and will be used to a stand alone position (ideally reporting to the USA)
