A large global investment service company based in East London are looking for a treasury manager to join their team.
Key responsibilities include

Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts.

Managing and coordinating the intercompany loan process.

Manage funding for new and existing entities.

Monitor the legal entity capital structure in the region. Optimising capital structure for each entity.

Working with tax and controllers on repatriation solutions.

Managing letters of credit/financial guarantee requests from the region, ensuring compliance with debt covenants.

Manage funding strategies and Treasury due diligence for acquisitions in the region.

Assist corporate Treasury with banking activities (maintaining bank account, funding requests and dealing with queries from the regional controllers group).

Work alongside Corporate Insurance on regional issues.
Experience
-
Strong analytical and financial skills are key for this position.

An effective team player with strong communication skills.

A candidate that is detail orientated and a confident self-starter.

A good understanding of the principles of international finance

Familiarity with legal, tax and accounting regulations

A familiarity with financial systems preferably PeopleSoft and Treasury Management systems are a plus
Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of work experience, preferably in Treasury with a multinational corporation.

Proficient with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint and others).
