A large property company is now looking for a Treasury Securitisation Manager.

This is an urgent requirement and the candidate must have extensive securitisation experience.

Role requirements

• Cash reconciliation.

• Day to day liquidity management of the business.

• Prepare daily cash position and to optimise the cash/debt mix.

• Manage securitisation operations/processes in accordance with the legal documentation.

• Prepare and maintain detailed securitisation procedures.

• Prepare regular reports in relation to the securitisation operations including monthly/quarterly trustee/rating agency reports.

• Processing of financial transactions in relation to the treasury/securitisation operations to the Sun accounting system.

• Produce hedging report to ensure compliant to group limit.
