A large logistics business is now recruiting for a Treasury Analyst. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in corporate treasury and is looking for a role in which they will be able to progress to treasury manager quickly.

The main responsibilities of this role are:

• Review the group's interest rate risk exposure and propose relevant actions on a monthly basis.

• Review the group's FX exposure and manage accordingly on a monthly basis.

• Manage on a daily basis the group's cash position including the centralisation of funds through the pooling arrangements, dividends extraction, etc.

• Issue debt rollovers on group level borrowings.

• Monitor compliance with debt covenants.

• Prepare/review letter of credits and guarantees.

• Maintain treasury/on-line banking systems.

• Management oversight and control over centre and head office bank accounts.

• Primary point of contact for the bankers and other financial institutions. 

• Assist Group Financial Controller and Corporate Finance Manager in various ad hoc projects.

The ideal candidate will have either started a professional accountancy qualification or the AMCT.
