A large international manufacturer based in Berkshire is recruiting a Senior Treasury Analyst.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience as a senior treasury analyst whilst the responsibility of deputising for the Treasury Manager.

Job duties involve:

• Developing cash forecasts, currency exposures and cash management.

• Assist in implementing the cash management pooling structure between subsidiaries across Europe.

• Assisting with the management of banking relationships and other financial institutions.

• Execute MM and FX transactions.

• Monitor and execute monthly securitisation processes.

• Interest calculation reporting on a monthly basis both internally and externally.

• Updating and developing treasury policy and making appropriate recommendations to the Treasury Manager.

• Ensuring delivery of compliance data to the banks and updating and appraising banks on corporate performance.

• Continually updating technical developments in the treasury field specifically IAS 39. Ensuring correct accounting and compliance of treasury products.

• Negotiating and refining ISDA, guarantee and other documentation where appropriate.

• Assisting development of general controls and procedures and process mapping to achieve best practice across all systems.

The candidate must be a qualified accountant or working towards a professional accountancy or treasury qualification. A knowledge of accounting and banking systems and IAS 39 would be preferable.
